Fairly good room with a' view' of an extractor from Indian restaurant and comfy sofas, as for instance. Spicy food at breakfast served in the bar.

It was ideally located on activities for children.

The room was airy, fashionable and for robes.

I liked the hotel, it was fairly clean with incredibly attentive and very attentive staff who asked the manager to support. The food was amazing and served in the bar. The property was ideally located and had a modern decor;))

The pool was lovely and I had relaxing drinks in the sports bar. Views of gardens were stunning, the room was decent sized and brand-new. The hotel was ideally situated in a very nice area very close to the adjoining Indian restaurant and Town centre and shops.

The room access is clunky during events, which could be improved!!! Ensure the heating and cooling systems operate effectively to avoid guest discomfort!!! Staff training on consistent service is essential for better guest experiences!!!

The bed was exceptionally comfortable and it was great having a private safe, central heating and an iron. The location in a lovely area was beautiful.

The staff is top-class and experienced.

Decent stay, but some quirks

The staff were super nice and helpful, but my room had a strange smoke smell and the noisy pipes woke me up early. Dinner was a highlight-really tasty and well-presented. Breakfast options were decent, though the tea was lukewarm. Would've liked some tissues and a toilet brush in the room too.

Was a longer walk to the room than expected.

The staff were all cute and friendly. The public spaces were all clean and tidy. Food was delicious and the chef really knows their stuff! Our room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfy, and we didn't hear any noise despite a wedding reception.

we never got to use the pool so i can't comment on that, and the main restaurant was closed due to a private party, so we had to eat in the bar.

Most possible the best service I have ever received from any hotel, the staff are excellent and all deserve a round of applause, nothing is too much for them and will do all possible to make you feel comfortable and welcome at the hotel. As I was working late I decided to grab something light to eat from the bar menu which i very much enjoyed and breakfast in the morning was excellent and once again the service was fantastic. I visit Wolverhampton regularly with work but have never stayed at the Ramada, this will from now on be my preferred hotel.
